    Do not suffocate each other or stress yourself out as you try in vain to achieve the perfect holiday, there is no such thing when it comes to the way we celebrate new years eve, winter solstice, xmas or whatever you call it.
    Chasing perfection and meaningless details are what kills that perfect day even before it starts. So just enjoy your day, yourself and each other the way you are.

The silent morning, the sleep and the tranquil way it greets you with visuals from Earth, gorgeous, lush Scandinavian birch trees and lush burning auburn colors that intermingle with our A.I garden and throughout the ship, it´s like walking inside a contemporary Scandinavian minimalist designers dream world.
    - I love this place too man.

    'The Musk colony' as it was informally called could right now be thought of as a real but still very challenged success simply because the fleet had actually managed to reach their destination and somewhat to his own surprise, the entire fleet was still operational, bruised but functional.
    And considering how space travel and logistics had been prone to so many errors in the decades leading up to their unparalleled launch, the fact that they were all here, it was nothing but amazing. Taken for granted by the crew, by now at least, but still nothing but amazing.

    And while it was true, that they still had not actually put any human feet on the ground. Or even landed a single ship or UAV.
    We had reached our destination.

  • Book: "Legend of the Stone Cutter'', is a short fantasy adaptation of a man that wished for ever more . Originally written by the authors Brother Grimm with minor writing by Mike Koontz. This is an 1 hour long bed time read.

    The legend of the stone cutter is often thought of as a Japanese folktale. But there are also seeds of pagan Europe and other parts of Asia in its many origins and crossroads.

    It weaves the tale of a poor man, plagued with unhappiness for his own lot in life. This man worked as a highly skilled but poorly paid stonecutter, and one day he simply came to the conclusion that enough was enough and that he deserved so much more than who he was. His wish for transformative change came to be through the aid of a supernatural being, and with that his greedy appetite for a world of ever more was awoken, until one day he had come full circle and reached a state of peace with himself.
    Written by no one, and everyone.
    Before this slightly altered version, the German authors Brothers Grimm put their thoughts to the pen, but you also had the Scottish author Andrew Lang writing his very own version of the stone cutter. And there have been countless of Asian authors and Nordic ones throughout history, before and after the Brothers Grimm. And as such, I am sure, many others that told their own version of this old folktale, because like the wind, this is an ageless story about life and man, and like the wind I am sure that it will both transform and stay the same for thousands of years to come.

    It is however, capable of standing on its own exactly as it is, but like life itself, it is also just one little photon that connects to all the others swimming in the one vast ocean together with each other :). Giving meaning and context, life and transforming movement and energy through its own ripples. And perhaps one day you will find out that this little snippet is very much a meaningful part of the bigger story that is waiting to unravel. And perhaps this story will reappear again, with a beginning and a continuation.

    Short story ( One Evening Bed time read)
    This is one of the many short stories that people tell each other countless of times in various of ways.
    And like some of those fictional stories, this one also happens to be based on actual every day event that took place in Sweden, the summer of 1850.

    Like many other such events, real or imaginary, it might change a tiny bit with each generation re telling it in their very own way (this particular event was for instance once made famous as a Swedish children's song, 'Mors lilla Olle', by Alice Tegner, as well as a poem by Wilhelm von Braun).
    But at its core I am sure its every iteration remain quite faithful towards what actually happened that summers day when the little boy named Olle befriended a wild Brown Bear and her two little cubs deep inside that old Swedish forest.

    Enjoy this tale that sprung forth the untamed home of Norse Vikings.

Med anpassningar och digitala aktiviteter skapar Sveriges naturföreningar ett späckat program med allt från uppvisningar av vackra naturområden till tips om hur du gynnar biologisk mångfald i din trädgård. I Örnsköldvik, Höga Kusten arrangerar Scandinavian.fitness återigen ett bmfdag evenemang, för året så blir det i form av ett lokalt mini Styrka Camp på gym och i natur den 22 Maj.

    Health & fitness is created and maintained together. Feeding each other in this enduring, lifelong symbiosis no matter if our focus is our muscles strength, our heart health, cellular health, biological age, or the amount and size of our skeletal muscle mass,. Joint health and bone mass, hormonal functions, cardiovascular health, body fat levels, gut health, and even our brain are all intricately linked together.






    Fitness & health, body, and mind remain a perpetual cause and consequence system, where each individual aspect within our bodies affects and in turn, gets affected by all of the others in various degrees.






    In truth, a myriad of functions, which, individually, and as a whole, in turn, are shaped through our daily choices. Our surroundings, the type of food we eat, its nutrients, and the amount of those nutrients and their combined total.

    Environmental pollution, physical activity, sleep, relations, job, society, stress, et cetera.

    All combined, this is what determines the trajectory of our health and our fitness.







    And the menstrual cycle is, of course, no exception to this at all.
    Its impact on the female body and our highly influential hormonal system are in fact, very big. And as such, it is a highly relevant topic for any female that is aspiring to live a fact-based healthy fit life.

    But which hormones get affected the most during the menstrual cycle?. And how might stress tie into it?. If at all.

    Real Fitness progression requires, as well as creates injury free progression in health, especially, long term speaking.
    Likewise, making healthy food choices is just as important for health as it is for our fitness progression.

    But is healthy food habits really just about the nutrition our food constitutes and the health & fitness impact that nutrition carries with it?

    Some will say that this is all there is to our food choices, and plenty of good nutritional coaches do treat food and nutrition just like that. And that is an ok choice to do. Ok, but also lackluster in its view on the scientific ecosystem that is food and health, people and planet. Yes, as a personal trainer, and nutritional coach and Styrka Master coach mysef, I can not agree at all with that narrow, and incomplete view on health, nutrition and fitness.

    You see, eating healthy food is a staple in our personal fitness, and health, that is a given.
    The nutritional make up of our food choices is a major pillar in human health and fitness, just as important as the amount of food which we are consuming. But a truly healthy fit life also account for the scientific impact of our choices on our planets health.



    After all, if our personal food and lifestyle choices contribute to breaking the health of our entire planet, then we are unavoidably going to harm the health of ourselves since a healthy, sustainable society and planet is essential to the life long health and fitness progression of us all.     Obesity is no friend of the bettering of our health and longevity.
    Just as how the old school act of serious bulking never did anyone's health and fitness levels any favors. And pointing this scientific reality out is not about fat shaming. It´s about helping the world and its individuals turn the tide toward better health, and better fitness. And doing so does not remove peoples individual right to pick whatever body size and fat percentage that they so prefer.
    My Question:.
    We already know that obesity ( and a fat powered high BMI ) increases unhealthy factors such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol. And it often increases depression, drowsiness and general sedentary choices. Which indirectly leads to worse health in numerous ways. But if a person with a high fat powered BMI is deemed healthy as far as those traditional markers are concerned is excess fat itself still bad?
    Put in another way, will a higher amount of excess body fat still lead to worse health even if your bloodwork turns out ok and you do not feel depressed and drowsy and you do hit the gym?.
