Strings of time and lives stretching further out from this particular point in time as wilderness own roadside of multiplying pathways reaches out, leading perpetually forward and away into the branching future.
And today, there´s officially a full-blown Autumn song playing out there in nature.
Gorgeous and sunny, on a Sunday =). Wind free, except for the tiniest of breeze that you can almost not see or feel as it slowly makes it way through the crown of leaves that towers above.
But it is, none the less, Autumn.
The colors of the trees reveal it. The pale blue September moon that hangs high up in the middle of the day is another telltale.

Just a quick hello from my pristine offline vacation.
I am still enjoying a wonderful and productive offline vacation, but life is this endless waterfall of unbridled
inspiration in any given day's endless little things.
It comes fully packed ( inspiration ) within the beings that inhabit those days, the separate and connected individual moments
and all the everyday stuff.
So I had to pop in for a quick long read post because life inspired me to try and capture the gorgeous real life art which is on full
display right in our very own wildlife place, our garden of trees :).

Sekkusu shinai shokogun Is a Japanese term for the flight away from human intimacy. But it represents so much more than being a fancy sounding term for the individual flight away from sexual enjoyment and fulfilling love. What that phrase truly represent is not just physical sex, however, it is a loss of something fundamentally human in society at large.
Not surprisingly almost all humans require enjoying life, love, sex, and relationships in a way that is fulfilling towards their own personal needs, emotions, and desires. And when individual life becomes reduced to being nothing more than a slave to be used and abused by endless corporations. The state, a spouse, or simply someone else's selfish and never ending demands. Be it monetary, sexual, emotional or otherwise, that person will grow unhappy with such an unbalanced way of life.
Life fulfillment and enjoyment is simply not measured by the size of your paycheck. Nor can it ever be obtained on an endless one-sided road. A minority might, of course, find that kind of draining one-way trip a wonderful and fulfilling life that truly makes every cell in their being happy, working away 20 hours per day. Giving time, energy, emotions and life itself to an utterly ungrateful and never ending taker that will never give anything that is even remotely close to being enough in return.
Autumn Serenade and my October Hike The calming beauty of a fit and healthy Life
Waking up to a freshly minted Autumn day, a slight touch of frost on the windows and a beautiful sun painting the auburn colored
landscape that is waiting. Right there on the other side of the sheets of glass that bends light and offers a surface for water and air,
warmth and cold to mix and match and play catch with each other.
Transforming the same entity from juxtaposing but equally natural and connected states.
A quick and nourishing breakfast, consisting of black coffee, Greek yogurt, some whole grains, an apple or two, a banana,
water and a couple of fresh tomatoes and some protein powder mixed with the yogurt and whole grains. My camera is already fully charged,
lenses are waiting in the backpack and a big bottle of fresh tap water.
Life rekindled, or a silent passing The Science of a healthy life
To the far east of the world, in the land of the rising sun, in the presence of Mount Fujis captivating beauty quite a few travel from stressful city lives amongst sky high buildings and stone paved streets to meet the beauty of nature on equal footing. Most, of course only have one purpose with such a trip, to rekindle their own appreciation for all things life. To find peace of mind, moments of solemn beauty and perhaps, a rekindled surge of energy for the soul in the slumbering whispers of Mt Fujis leafy forest and snowy crest. But for others, that solitary forest and proud mountain where the wind ruffles branches and leafs in a softly spoken voice might instead be the chosen way too walk into their own eternal night surrounded by all the things they felt that life in the city never seemed capable of providing.

An interesting thing came to happen in Beijing, China recently. In August, as part of the world's 70:th year WWII celebration China allowed its citizens in highly polluted Beijing, clear blue (and healthy, pristine) skies for a couple of weeks. How did they do it? They halted production at several hundred's of factories and ordered half of the city's cars to a complete halt.

For quite a few years, some health 'experts' tried to steer people away from consuming dairy products, Like it was a stain of venom tainting people's health with the plague of obesity and diabetes.
