The scent of black coffee.
And wild breakfast companions.
'Today' (another today ) while enjoying my first cup of coffee standing outside on my sun-drenched porch, I could hear something sneakily make its way through the underbrush and thick tall grass and florals that intermix with the deep dark, and thankfully, untouched old forest at the edge of my property.
Fast forward just a little bit and I could start to see the movement in the thin youngling trees and the tall flowers. Something was out there, touching here and there making the wild plants and florals sway as it drew nearer me.
Another jump in time and I could clearly see the ongoing ripples this unknown animal was making on its way towards me, and as I sat there patiently waiting, enjoying my cup of coffee and mornings fresh aroma and life-giving light.
All of a sudden I could see a tall ear protruding out of the waist-high underbrush, and there it was, a second ear, and the moment after, it turned its cute nose up in the air, raised its head and looked straight at me as it revealed itself.
There it was, a gorgeous fox, big ass for a fox, and wild and beautiful it was calmly looking straight at me.
2050AD, the ugliness of humanity.
[ Oceans run the risk of having more total weight of plastic than fish.]

I have a lot of big foxes and other wild critters at and near my property.
So it was not really a surprise to see a tall and healthy fox just a few meters away, it´s actually more a familiar moment we share quite frequently, and I am sure every last one of them knows me by now.
Not by name, but by scent and sight and through the mutual act of perpetually sharing the same domain year in and year out here at this place where the forest blend together with the creek and billows, the flowing hills and valleys and my garden.
Still, it was a bit surprised to see me so close, so it gracefully looked at me before it calmly decided to do a u-turn and slowly re-enter the tall grass before eventually disappearing from my viewpoint.
But it is around, while I got around to enjoy my second cup of coffee I could still hear it, down by the creek, mucking about doing its fox thing while we both enjoyed this beautiful day.
And this is the best part of truly enjoying a healthy fit life in a society which acknowledges the need for us all to do life in a sustainable way.
I lift weights, I spend time in nature, I kick and punch sandbags and do martial arts, I write articles and coach PT clients.
I teach and educate people on how to improve their health and fitness, I guide them towards healthy vegetarian food.
And by living in a more sustainable way, in peace with nature, I also aid the local wildlife, making it thrive just a little bit more. And my own wildlife garden is by now a healthy haven for the local wild animals.
Which in turn improves my health and life joy, it aids my longevity and make life richer and more beautiful and enjoyable. Coloring my world with daily meetings with deer, moose, eagles, hair, squirrels, brown bears, badgers, beavers, and forest pigeons whom all live and die in a natural balance here in our mutually shared garden. And that is one amazing quality of life booster which all Vikings would do good to embrace.
About my photos.
As long as we still have a functional world, I´ll be out there, grinding it out in the gym, lifting heavy as fuck weights. Eating healthy vegetarian food and enjoying nature and wildlife, while I marvel at the beauty of Scandinavia and "höga kusten" right here in Sweden as I produce gorgeous Nordic fine art products, complete with our ancient Viking soul and Scandinavian natures uniquely calm and quiet wild charm.

Why do I include connect2earth and merklimat in my articles?.
Because no matter how advanced your society is, no matter how sustainable and healthy it is, no matter how far ahead of the global curve your society might be, we all can do much more. We all need to do much more. Because even the best of societies on this planet are still so far from achieving the healthy kind of society we all need to create.
